Due to the strictly limited, small-batch nature of our studio, all releases are subject to availability.

• Thyme reserves the exclusive right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.
• We may cancel an order if a product in our inventory does not meet our rigorous quality checks prior to dispatch.
• If your order is cancelled after payment has been charged, the amount will be reversed to the source of the payment.

Our garments are crafted entirely by hand using curated deadstock textiles.

• Minor irregularities in handcrafted or natural material-based products are inherent characteristics of such items, not defects.
• Normal wear and tear, color fading, or natural aging of materials are not covered under any warranty.
• Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions is strictly excluded.

Thyme owns all Intellectual Property Rights to the Website, including copyright, designs, trademarks, trade names, and graphics. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Website without obtaining explicit authorization from Thyme.

The price of our merchandise is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) and is inclusive of all local taxes applicable in India.

• For international orders, all duties and taxes will apply as per the rules of the shipping destination and will be borne by the customer.
• Thyme endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period.

We practice absolute restraint with returns to maintain the integrity of our limited releases.

• Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for a return unless the product delivered is damaged or has craftsmanship defects.
• Defective and/or damaged goods must be communicated to Thyme within 48 hours of receipt.
• Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
• Thyme holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.

This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of India. Any dispute arising regarding your use of the Website or dealings with Thyme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kolkata.
